To Whom It May Concern:
I was talking to a friend about a problem I was having with an expensive hairpiece
that I had purchased through a nationally known company in Sept. 1993. I was dissatisfied
with the total product, the service, or lack of it, the price and the follow up, which was
unacceptable. She recommended her hairdresser, Rochelle, who set up an appointment for evaluation. I
found Rochelle to be knowledgeable, patient, and very concerned about my problem.
The hairpiece itself was badly damaged through the initial manufacturing process and made worse by a bad haircut
by the hairdresser. Not knowing any better, yet knowing that there was a problem, I continued wearing the hairpiece.
The hair eventually became as stiff as straw and probably looked as bad, even though I attempted to take care of it as per
instructions of the hairdresser. Repeated attempts to talk to the hairdresser were stonewalled by the office manager. Finally,
out of exasperation, I took my friends advice and called Rochelle.
Rochelle had her work cut out for her but was up to the challenge. Through her skillful applications, she made the hairpiece
look presentable until I was able to purchase a new hairpiece through her in January 1994. I have had the new hairpiece for almost
four months now, and I am totally satisfied with the new hairpiece and the follow up care and advice.
Each monthly follow up appointment brings more and more hints on how to take care of my "pride and joy". Rochelle has impressed me
with her expertise in the field and takes her time and energy in guiding someone through the many different options of hair care. I
brought my wife and two teenage daughters to Rochelle to get their hair done, so she now takes care of all of us. She will make a
fine addition to any establishment and I am pleased to recommend her. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Mark Pierce

Dear Rochelle,
If you ever need a recommendation, I hope that this letter will express to others that you are an extremely qualified and capable hair
stylist/consultant. More important that your technical skills is your personal caring for your customers. Over the years you have been more than
accommodating. There were many times where I have disrupted your work schedule and you were always there trying to satisfy the customer. You would
be a definite asset in helping someone or yourself in building a strong and loyal customer base. I believe that you have already accomplished that
for yourself.
I also believe that if you pursue another line of business that it would work out for you, because of your positive attitude, your willingness to make
change and your ability to pursue new trends and techniques.
As I have indicated in the past, if you need a reference, please do not
hesitate to use my name.
Very Truly Yours,
Ivan W. Hantman
